AGGIE to AGGIE -- The Sensory Component of Enduring Real Estate Asset Value Creation.

AGGIE to AGGIE -- The Sensory Component of Enduring Real Estate Asset Value Creation. In early 2013, I tasked my then Master of Land and Property Development graduate assistant, Yi XUE, MLPD '14 (now Senior Financial Analyst and Director of Research at Caldwell Companies head office in Houston, TX) to discuss with AGGIE CEO of Midway Companies, Jonathan BRINSDEN, MSLD '91 the subject of sensory value, and how Jonathan had used it to create enduring real estate asset value. Now some six years hence, I have captioned the video, shot by Yi XUE's husband and uploaded it to YouTube. For both Jonathan and Yi this has been a six year period of exceptional achievement and scholarship. This video is a snapshot in time from which many can learn the essential nexus of good design and solid financial performance--the enduring value of place--the real estate assets created by the cream of the AGGIE Master of Land and Property Development program who have graduated from the Department of Landscape Architecture and Urban Planning in the College of Architecture at Texas A&M University.
