Black and white farmers have failed to resolve a long-standing land ownership dispute in the North West. Black farmers in the Kagisano Molopo local municipality, say they have no access to grazing and farming land.
White farmers own thousands of hectares of land adjacent to their villages.
Government has promised to fast-track the transfer of land to affected communities.
