While most people focus on working harder or putting in more time, they very often chip away at their energy… without adding much to their happiness.
And it’s because they’re trying to use external forces to shift the energy of the Universe.

once we master the art of elevating our consciousness.
Once you’ve unlocked the highest levels of human consciousness, living a life of bliss, fulfillment, and abundance becomes your constant state of being.
You instantly move into a place of synchronicities, flow, and luck. A place where you can quite literally
bend reality to your will.

Manifesting good things comes easy from a high frequency state, because like attracts like. I have started a 30 day self care, personal development challenge to see what miracles manifest after a month of letting go of the outcome and only focusing on feeling good and treating myself well. Self care is different for everyone. My challenge involves meditation, yoga, journaling, being mindful of the things I consume (not just eat, but also TV, books, social media) this can come join the form of both your physical diet but also a mental diet like the one Neville Goddard refers to.
