HOW TO TRIM YOUR BIRD'S NAILS WITHOUT TOWELING, FIGHTING OR BLEEDING!

Trimming or clipping a bird's nails is a necessary job for evert bird owner. If you've ever been scratched by a bird's claws, you know how sharp and painful they can be! And Love is a big bird and his nails can get really sharp. In this video I show you how easy it is to trim Love's nails. Just keep in mind don't trim to short that it bleed. Just trim the tip of the nail. Trim only the tip of your bird's nail. When clipping a bird's claws, cut off only the sharp pointed tip to avoid cutting into the quick and causing pain for your bird. Work quickly but carefully. As you can see in this video. Love had no pain and there was no fight and no bleeding involve. Don't forget to talk softly to your bird and reassure him as you work. Your bird will likely be frightened and disoriented, and hearing your voice can help calm him.
