Tropical Storm Dorian is strengthening,winds 60 mph moving toward Puerto Rico. Longer term risks are growing for the US Southeast coast to Florida for the Labor Day weekend. Today Puerto Rico & the Virgin Islands will experience tropical storm conditions. The storm should pass well east of the Dominican Republic. Further strengthening should get underway once Dorian moves north of Puerto Rico on Thursday.
