What most people don't know is that colleges (as well as corporations) keep a literal diversity folder on hand to make their product, in this case education, seem more inclusive and "woke" than it actually is. They tokenize the students that stand out the most (in a white person's eyes) and use them to sell a lie that their school is diverse when it's usually anything but.
