New Delhi: Congress leader P.L. Punia on Sep 20 said the incident at West Bengal’s Jadavpur University where Minister of State for Environment, Forest and Climate Change Babul Supriyo was heckled, is a matter of concern, although added that the BJP is always rakes up issues which create chaos in the state. Punia further said Supriyo, a union minister, should have informed authorities before visiting the university to avoid such incidents. #catchnews #CatchNewsToday
