It's very common for us to end up in relationships of all types due to genetic connections and attractions that we are unconscious of (along with childhood programming & conditioning.) The lack of awareness of self and what the relationship as a unit needs for health & longevity creates a build-up of problems leading to toxicity. We establish unstable foundations, don't set the necessary boundaries, have poor listening and communication skills & are overall inauthentic personalities. We constantly update our electronic devices, material things, personal appearances, social media, collective trends & more, but our personal relationships are constantly neglected and suffer as a result.
For some people, the older we get and the more experiences we have, we learn what we do & don't want for ourselves and in our relationships with others. We mature and learn the value of our time and energy and want to align and build healthy flourishing connections with others who will enhance us as individuals and vice versa.
