Federal leaders make pledges on cellphone bills, transit tax credit, small businesses

Conservative Leader Andrew Scheer promised a transit tax credit, NDP Leader Jagmeet Singh vowed to cap cellphone bills and Liberal Leader Justin Trudeau pledged to introduce measures aimed at helping small businesses on Day 3 of the election campaign.
