FRAN | 'Poisonous Waters' Scoia'tael Deck Guide + Gameplay [GWENT]

Day one of tryharding got me interested in the new and improved Francesca Waters decks, and there's a lot of deckbuilding decisions to make. I personally like the double lock, and I definitely like the poisonous addition of Weeping Willow.
