GOVT SHOULD PROVIDE ALTERNATE PARKING ARRANGEMENTS: PONDA GOODS TRANSPORT ASSOCIATION

Ponda Goods Transport Association has met Ponda Police Inspector to solve the parking issue at Amigos junction. Speaking to media after the meeting, the association has stated they are ready to remove the vehicles provided Government makes alternate parking arrangements for them. They have informed that for the last 15 years they have demanded the State Government to construct a truck terminal, but there is still not response.

Association has informed that they will meet Chief Minister Pramod Sawant on Monday or Tuesday to solve this issue.
