This is a homemade version of my life style change of eating healthy and low carb, it freezes really well and is very easy to make, it can be customized with whatever you like to put in it without all the preservatives and hidden ingredients.

Preheat oven to 400 degrees
baking times will vary depending on your oven
Ing:
2 cups cauliflower shredded
1 cup cheddar and mozzarella cheese
1 egg
1/4 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp Italian seasoning
1/4 tsp oregano
salt to taste
Your choice of sauce and pizza toppings

Method:
In a pan add the cauliflower and sweat it just until its a little soft and you can take out there extra moisture out. Put it on a paper towel this will help take out the extra moisture, In a big bowl add the cauliflower, the spices, egg and the cheese, mix everything really well and place on a oven tray lined with a parchment paper and flatten it carefullly and stick it in the oven at 400 degrees for about 15 minutes, take it out and check it and put it back in for another 7 minutes until you can see that the bottom has some color, if you like to have the crust extra toasty stick it back in for another 5 minutes, remove it and put it on a wire rack to keep it from sweating on the bottom. I added pizza sauce and you can now top it with your favorite toppings and enjoy!
