PATTERN

for symmetry cast on multiple of 3+1, + 4 edge sts, 2 sts on each side.

slip 1st st of every row whether it is right side or Wrong side of work to form smooth edges.

ROW 1 RS - slip 1st st, k all.

ROW 2 WS - slip 1st st, p1, * k all pattern sts , * p2.

ROW 3 RS - slip 1st st, k1, * k1, k2tog from back side without removing from left hand needle yo k2tog, k1, * repeat from * to *, k2.

ROW 4 WS - slip 1st st, p1, * p2, p2tog , * repeat from * to *, p2.

ROW 5 RS - same as row 1.

ROW 6 WS - same as row 2.

ROW 7 RS - slip 1st st, k1, k2, * same as row 3, * , k2.

ROW 8 WS - slip 1st st, p2, * same as row 4, * p3.

these 8 rows form pattern. repeat these 8 rows to continue your pattern .
