Wayne Chappel is a licensed multi-state real estate broker, mentor, and real estate coach. Wayne has sold over $250,000,000 in real estate sales and has closed over 1,000 transactions since beginning his real estate career back in 2006. Wayne’s real estate practice is based out of Atlanta, GA however, he is also a licensed real estate broker in 4 states throughout the southeast.

Prior to becoming a real estate broker Wayne was a self-made millionaire by the age of 31 only to go bankrupt by the age of 33. Life is about choices and during that time, Wayne chose to take the lessons learned from his financial loss to rise and re-build. By building a real estate business from the ground up has provided him with tremendous opportunities to help and assist others achieve their dreams.
