U.S. responsible for collapse of Taliban peace talks, says Obama official

U.S. and Taliban representatives spent months negotiating peace and American withdrawal from Afghanistan. But after canceling meetings in the U.S., President Trump says the talks are dead. Why did they collapse, and what are the prospects for ending the country’s decades of violence and chaos?
