Namaste! Starting the day at the right note is crucial to deciding how the rest of your day would turn out. This short and easy to follow guided meditation is ideal to set a peaceful tone for the rest of your day. We shall begin by focusing on our breath, set an intention for the day through some affirmations and end with a calming chant. Designed for people of all beliefs, and non beliefs, this meditation is suitable for meditators of all levels - from complete beginners to seasoned meditators.
I recommend practicing this every morning, (sometimes even before you hop out of bed to begin the rest of your day). Bookmark this video, and come back to it as often as you need to.
