A mother shouldn’t keep their child from their father, regardless relationship

Since my dad left when I was 5 I always dreamed that one day he would visit me with presents a big hug. He never tried but I feel that if a man wants to be in their child’s life he should be able to regardless of the relationship he has with their baby momma.
