In order to get more information on Big Smoke's Yay operation, CJ continues working for Jizzy whilst occasionally driving for Tenpenny and Polaski. Jizzy's missions are not the most well designed, but in large part that's because of the geometry of San Fierro. They put his mission hub in a location with only 1 or 2 viable driving paths, so taking or failing missions will result in a ton of back tracking over the same roads. Less justifiable is the choice to have multiple destinations go to the same locations: You almost always go back to the area around the Garage, and too many missions require you to drive back to a location that only has a few paths. The Photo ops side quest is unfortunately a bit too hard for it's own good. It requires you to hold an item to even see the collectable, and is difficult to collect due to the technical limitations of the game. Funnily enough, I think the Photo Ops would make more sense in a game with simpler navigation and photography as a secondary mechanic, like a Spider-Man or a Dead Rising game.
