Harassed by Officer Robert Martin ID/Badge NO. 0172 District 12 NO. 01 Agency BD Sub-Agency 6115.
Matters were worse prior to me start recording, once I began recording he began to conduct his self more appropriatly. He stood in my face/personal space for long time making small, spiteful talk trying to make mockery of me. Going about public sidewalk/street is not standing in someone else's space provoking and harassing them. His Srgnt. (Eric Bonner) and colleague who transferred my call to srgnt's. line (name: unknown) wanted to give me Offic. Martin's full name as though it's a crime for me to have Offic's full name; Gov. Agents are supposed to identify their self in law i.e. badge no., precinct/PD, full government name too especially being that numerous people are impersonating gov. agents a lot lately. Police(de facto, colorable), states attorneys(de facto, colorable), private/court appointed/public defense attorneys(colorable, de facto) all will tell you that you don't know law meanwhile barely no one or nowhere (except for MSTA) is properly educating people on de jure law, neither are courts having fair/equal/equitable/due process hearings; now gov. agents de facto can play the ignorant game meanwhile telling you ignorance of the law is no excuse. US government is not Jus. Corporate Law isn't Constitutional especially when it violates human rights. Any laws violating USA Constitution is treason.
