Many people have told me how good Taiwan is to play Pokémon GO, from Taipei to Taichung and now to Tainan, this is one of the best if not the best cities in Taiwan to play Pokémon GO after accounting for most of the facts that affects how a well a trainer is able to play the game in a certain area.
