When I need to shampoo my hair more than once within the same week, a good alternative for me is to cowash. It's more moisturizing than repeatedly washing my hair with shampoo because sometimes sulfate will strip the hair. I like to use a shampoo that has a creamy or pearly look to it because those tend to be the most moisturizing for my hair while still doing the job of cleansing my hair and scalp.
