Guatemalan families have settled there and their community continues to grow on land that is owned by businessman Jorge Espat. Espat is of the view that the longer it takes to move the Guatemalans from his land, the more challenging the situation becomes. In fact, on Thursday, when it got hearted, the tables turned on him and he was asked by the settlers to provide them with title to the land which has been for generations in his family.
