I’m a dreamer, according to John
Cause I want this world to live as one
I’m a politician, listening to the people as I go

And when it comes to policy I consider
Will it bring us all together or divide?
Do I have a clue if what we do is for the long haul?
Or is it our personal kryptonite?

And it is not even hard to start from the start
Where everybody looked further than their noses
And I feel that I belong here cause they really do care, I care

I’m a manager, I run this company
But for my decisions I think of more than just me
I’m a pedestrian, many people passing by
But instead of a cold shoulder I gift them with a smile

And I know I’m only a part of this planet
Borders, walls and fences I break down
Every living thing is listening to the sound of the wind
And feels the heartbeat of the forest

And it is not even hard to start from the start

And I feel that I belong here cause they really do care, I care
