The 100 Club | Men's Health UK #MHChallenge This light weight, high rep, pump session might be ‘easy’... if it wasn’t for the twist. Grab an empty barbell or light dumbbells and work your way through the following:

WELCOME TO THE 💯 CLUB.

- 100 x bicep curls
- 100 x tricep extensions
- 100 x bent over row
- 100 x floor press

The catch? Every time you have to drop the weights to rest, perform-
•3 x pull-ups
•6 x push-ups

The aim is to complete all 400 reps with as few pull-ups and push-ups as possible.
