***PLEASE READ THIS, IT WILL HELP YOU OUT****
So it turns out the Grendel Missions have some nutty modifiers to them:
Mods do not work/function in the Mission (with a couple of exceptions, see tips below)
Weapon damage (Primary, Secondary, and Melee) are all heavily reduced due to the inability to use mods
Operators are completely unusable, so no Focus bonuses/Energy/etc.
So I wanted to make a little thread to offer advice on how to best succeed:
Bring weapons that are either rapid-fire (Primary/Secondary) or High Speed and Status/Crit (Melee); these weapons are better off dealing damage despite the loss of mods; rapid fire weapons are also good to have since you’ll be fighting Nullifiers regardless.
Statuses are still fair game, so Radiation/Fire/Electric can be good for cheap CC/distractions.
Absolutely get with a group. I’m almost certain it’s impossible to clear alone.
Have at least one Support Warframe that can generate Energy. Since you don’t have access to Zenurik, you’ll need an alternate source of reliable energy, such as Harrow or Trinity.
Hildryn may be a good choice to take on these missions since she doesn’t require Energy to function, has naturally high shields and can easily generate more from her 2.
Think about weapons/Warframes to take based on their default stats. Mods do not factor in to the mission, so if you want a weapon with a certain damage type/element, you'll have to take one that has it naturally as you can't just mod for it.

P.S: No where before joining the missions does it mention any of this, so if you're confused as to what happened when you joined the mission, welcome to the club.
P.S.S: If you don't know where to go once you've got the keys, go to Europa; the three mission locales are all there.
Additional Tips/Advice:
Warframe Augment Mods do work despite what the mission might entail, so you can take advantage of those.
Syndicate Weapons are a good option due to the free Syndicate Procs they carry, most notable the ones that grant additional Energy, good status effects, etc.

****THE MISSIONS ARE NOT THE MAIN, THE MAIN PROBLEMS ARE THE MISSIONS MODIFIERS, SO TAKE A GOOD TEAM**** REMEMBER THAT YOU CAN KEY SHARE TOO!
