World's first slug that expands BEFORE it hits the target- Weirdness

Tim tested these slugs that had some stability issues through a smooth bore. What's really odd was in our tests using rifling, the slugs actually expanded to around 30mm as they left the barrel. This was a complete fluke and it would be VERY difficult to design a slug to do this.
