# No Exercise in The morning. When you workout, walk or Yoga in the morning your blood starts to circulate throughout your body. It will relax any sort or stress and muscle stiffness. By doing work out in the morning one will also be able to reduce his/her Apatite resulting in consumption of less calories by the day, resulting in fat metabolism for energy.

# Saving Good Food For the Lunch or Dinner. If you consume High calories in the morning you are less likely to get fat as compared to, if you consume the same calories in lunch or dinner. When we have 3 meals a day our body has that room where it can use the food as energy not as fat aw we have a resting Metabolic rate which works when we are resting, and it uses more calories then when you are actually working out. So try to eat 3 meals a day and not snaking in between you will see a significant change in your self.
