Are You A Bad Day Away From Financial Disaster?

Can you handle a $1000 emergency?

75% of people define their financial situation as stable or that they are doing okay.

Believing if they're paying their bills, making the minimum payments on debt and able to meet their basic needs then they're doing just fine.

But most of us are in a more fragile financial situation than we think.

Because a recent survey showed that just 39% of Americans said they had enough savings to cover a $1000 emergency room visit or car repair.

We're fine as long as the weather is perfect. But rainy days always come - like the furnace going out on the coldest day of the year, or someone rear-ending you, then suddenly we're wrecked financially.

Nowhere in the world is the weather perfect all the time, and it's the same with your finances. Emergencies will happen.

While we can't prepare for every possible problem, we need to expect that they will happen and prepare using good financial habits
Now is the time to prepare ....while jobs are stable, we are healthy, while we have time, while the markets are good.
