Welcome to today's fun workout, guys! This is a new type of workout that I wanted to share with you. Im a BIG fan of dance cardio for weight loss and have noticed a massive difference when I do dance aerobics.
So, make sure to enjoy yourself, and do what you can. If I am going too quick, just do the movements you can and have fun.
