National assembly leader Aden Duale and Senate Majority Leader Kipchumba Murkomen have dismissed claims that they issued death threats to Machakos Governor Alfred Mutua. The two in separate twitter posts termed Mutua's claims as those made to seek cheap publicity and which should not be taken seriously.
Mutua recorded a statement with the police over alleged death threats to his life.
He says threats were made against him at state house while he attended a banquet for visiting Barbados Prime Minister Mia Amor Mottley last week.
