Have you often begun each day saying I am only going to eat healthy food and lose some weight, only to find yourself giving into junk food, like a cheeseburger and french fries or chocolate candy, cake or ice cream, even though you promised yourself you wouldn't eat them?
Then you feel bad thinking you are weak and a failure when that is not the case at all, however that bad, guilty feeling makes you eat even more junk food.
