Common misconceptions are that all you do is "lift with your legs" or "keep your back straight" when you pick something up. These are partially true, but still can fall short of what is needed to move strong for a long time. A few minor tweaks in your routine could make all the difference between low back pain and feeling really strong and more efficient. When you recruit the right muscle groups to lift properly, you will strengthen your whole system and find it easier to lift heavier objects.
