They released a third patch now for MW5:Mercs, and after this patch they included support for the HOTAS Warthog. My stick and throttle finally work now! While it's not perfect, it's starting to become enjoyable now that I can feel like a true "Mechwarrior", by piloting 100-ton Battlemechs the way they were meant to be piloted with HOTAS.
