Mercedes catch 22 brake failure warranty nightmare

Casey goes to have AAA tow the Mercedes SL500 with the SBC braking system failure to a new dealership since etc system failed again and suddenly the car shows no fault and drives normally! While the car is unreliable and essentially a Russian roulette, dealerships refuse to warranty the failure if the fault doesn't show when it arrives at the dealer's service.
