2. If you have trouble with your gut health, take a probiotic, it'll help with eating plant-based foods but it won't do a ton... your gas still may be horrendous

3. For meal prep, put all the veggies, carbs, and fats together into vegan chilis if your looking for meal ideas for vegan dishes

4. Pros of Plant-Based Diet: More energy, Eat more Veggies
