inZombia was originally created by myself and Dawn Simmons as a writing project, waaaay back in the early 2000's; which was unfortunately never finished. Years after Dawn's tragic passing, I re-discovered the multi track recording for "The Yearning". Despite my horrible guitar playing on the original, Dawn's vocals were nothing short of amazing and I knew I had to finish it (with Craig's blessing) and share with our friends and family. Naturally I turned to our friend (and awesome Song Writer and Producer) Shawn Maschino to help put the finishing touches on it. We are both ecstatic with the results, and hope that Dawn, and all of our friends, will be too.
