Using special accommodations and getting to know your students closer
If the instructor can better understand their students, the better they will be able to allow the student to get through the class at a more comfortable level. If you can understand more about these special accommodations, and better understand how those accommodations work, you will feel more confident about teaching that particular student. Visually impaired students for example, take longer to complete assignmentt when using screen readers. SOme students also might be much faster at what they do, even when using a screen reader. The best way to understand these students, is to better understand how the work is completed, and what do they use to complete the work. Mentorship Support: We are here to help when we can.
