Today is MOOD MONDAY Why Do I Feel Confused or Dazed About The New Year? Sometimes when starting a new year, new journey, new chapter we have that still moment of feeling confused or like we are in a daze! For me, it feels like I am being lacklustre and everyone is off the block running and I am just looking around waiting-- but waiting for what? No clue lol Anytime I get into this kind of mood the best and number one tip I have is to GET MOVING! Do something! Anything! Pick something up, declutter a closet, run, dance, something anything! Because what happens is if we stay in this dazed feeling for too long it can turn into depression without realizing it because we will stand still looking at what everyone else is doing and feel like they are doing so much and we are doing nothing! Make it a priority to use these tips-- especially at the top of the New Year because it will start you off on the right track! Once you do these things it will be easier for you to set goals and follow through with them because they will come more natural to you! If you are feeling as dazed as I am I would suggest starting with these tips before trying to set all these resolutions that you wont follow through with since you aren't feeling like yourself to become with! I hope that makes sense & I hope these tips help you to get out of that daze and have the BEST YEAR YET!
