China and US to sign phase one trade deal that covers intellectual property, tech transfers

In just a few hours, China and the United States will sign phase one of a new trade deal. It is the first step towards ending their long trade war. The agreement is set to deal with thorny issues like intellectual property, technology transfers and currencies. There will also be a commitment from China to buy $200 billion worth of US exports over the next two years. The Trump administration said all aspects of the deal will be revealed once it is signed at the White House.
