The song was inspired from disheartening events that some of our friends had to go through during this season.The song was also written to distract the idea of people putting on a facade for this season. Pretending to be happy even when they are not.
We believe Christmas has nothing to do with faking happiness, big fancy gatherings, sorting out gifts (in term of status) or doing just anything that makes you feel like it's a forced obligation.

He was gradually losing his grip on reality and i knew things were about to take a drastic turn in our lives. He married me, but his addiction was his only love. We sat down together with the family for one last Christmas and pretended everything was fine just for the night. "It was magical".
Well, he's gone now and memories of our last Christmas is the only happy memory of us.
