Artist and writer, Samuel Leighton Dore was named the recipient of the Cayte Latta Memorial Award for Visual Arts at Honour 2019, held at the IVY ballroom in Sydney. The Honour Awards provides NSW’s LGBTI community with an important opportunity to recognise excellence, and celebrate achievements within our communities, as well as the difference that particular community members make in our lives.
Established in 2007, the Honour Awards is also a gala fundraiser for ACON, NSW's leading HIV and sexuality and gender diverse health organisation.
