Instagram is like a giant billboard on the highway for your business. It is a way to be discovered and to share your story (hello Instagram Stories).

You can also use Instagram to do some market research. I teach this in my social media strategy course ( email me for details at hello@catherineaird.ca). This is a great way to do hashtag research, to be social in your community, to get a feel for the conversation happening in your field of business, to follow some people that could potentially help you share content about your services and products, network and so on.

Save the posts that inspire you in your saved folders. I also like to ask people if I can share their content (with full credit) and SAVE those posts so I can go back and see if they have given me permission to share. You can also save posts from your phone into organized categories.
