NO SUGAR CHALLENGE: I QUIT SUGAR FOR 30 DAYS -  RESULTS. #5 Hi everyone! Today I wanted to share some of my results from 5 days without eating sugar. We also need to take into account that I've been trying to exercise more regularly. So for instance, this past week, I worked out 4 time. Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday.

So if you joining me right no in this challenge, consider adding some exercise to your week as well! I`ve seeing some improvement in energy levels. As we all know added sugar is like a DRUG in our food. So if you want to know how to improve memory, energy levels, your sex life, how to bump your metabolism among just how to be healthier, try QUITTING SUGAR!

I quit added sugar for 30 days and I believe it has been my best decision EVER! Just the mentality of not having to worry about eating all those things we usually eat or buy at the supermarket which contain sugar is indeed CRAZY!
