We hear "oh that case got dismissed" a lot from immigrants who think that if their traffic or criminal case was dismissed, they shouldn't have to disclose it to USCIS. This is wrong. Even if your case has been dismissed, you still need to have the records and submit it to USCIS. If you don't disclose it to USCIS, you can be denied.
