The moderator, Professor David Eisenbach, selects a topic that concerns the difficulties of doing business in Sunnyside, Queens and New York City in general - Small Business Jobs Survival Act or #SBJSA. a series of small business protections that deal with how the business lease rents are set and why the Small Business Jobs Survival act that has been proposed for 30 years and not been brought to a vote yet by the City Council or NYC Council Speaker Corey Johnson, an act designed trying to help small businesses not be priced out of business by landlords upping the rent disproportionally and forcing small businesses to close.
