The Kelly Anorak Plus Tips for Sewing With Soft Shell Fabric

Today I have a more in-depth review of the Kelly Anorak I made for my daughter for Christmas. Also, because this was the first time I had sewn with soft shell fabric, I have some tips and tricks that could help you if you decide to tackle this snuggly fabric!

I use this Teflon foot for my industrial machine, but any Teflon foot, or walking foot that goes to your machine is fine:

Spring Snaps, you’ll need the tools to install them and I got mine in the Kelly Anorak Hardware Kit from Closet Case Patterns, but any heavy duty snap (or jeans button) will work:
