#UGC reduced fellowship amount to Rs. 16000|-. New UGC Rules & Regulations?

In this video, I am discussing with students that UGC provided Annexure I in which the JRF amount is showing only Rs. 16000/- whereas UGC has changed that earlier to Rs. 31000/-.
