This is a heavily edited opinion piece re: online/on tv "weight loss" piffle spouted by the likes of Dr. Oz who has a bad habit of spouting pseudoscience and misleading info. He has made a habit of it as well so there is no excuse. If you really and truly want to lose the excess baggage follow the biochemistry of human nutrition. Animal-based, whole foods minimally processed, nutritional ketogenic or carnivore way of eating is the most natural and healthiest lifestyle. Environmentally sound too - that's where the soil got its fertility from the animals.
