VA Delegate Mark Levine gives a ~6 minute speech trying to explain his 2020 Assault Weapons Ban (AWB) bill HB961 and proves himself to be completely illiterate on firearms. Yes this is real. Yes he's actually the patron for the new VA assault weapons ban (and plenty of other horrible legislation) that is currently being debated in the VA general assembly.
