In this leg day I do 8 leg and glute workouts that I do every single time I workout (except squats, lately I haven't been doing them) I always stick to the same workouts, and slowly increase the weight and stamina to build muscle and tone, after a few weeks or so, I add a new technique or workout in that I haven't tried or done in a while. I hope you learned something from this video, and I can't wait to see you in the next one!
